Prince Lerotholi Seeiso is a member of the Lesotho royal family. He was born on April 18, 2007, the son of King Letsie III and Queen 'Masenate Mohato Seeiso. He is the younger brother of Princess Senate Seeiso.

Prince Lerotholi is third in line to the throne of Lesotho, after his father and older brother, Prince Bereng Seeiso. He carries the titles of Prince of Lesotho, Chief of Matsieng, and the title Lerotholi Seeiso, which is given to the first son of the reigning monarch.
